Over 50 combined years of experience in Quality in both manufacturing and laboratories.  Technical Management for a laboratory accreditation body.  Quality auditing for Aerospace and Defense Contractors.  Quality Management for small laboratories and multi-site laboratories.  Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, and Laboratory industry.

Our Associates were on the ISO Working Group 10 for the revision of ISO/IEC Guide 25, now ISO/IEC 17025, “General requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories”.  We have an associate who is currently a member of the W/G 18 that is producing an accreditation body management system document ISO/IEC17011, which is a combination of Guide 58, 61 and 17010.   Our associates have served on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for six years, on the Board of Directors for the National Cooperation for Laboratory Accreditation (NACLA), and served as chair of the Recognition Committee from the start up of NACLA until April of 2000.  They were the ACIL representative on the Laboratory Liaison Committee of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) for four years, a US delegate to ILAC for over six years, and convener for the task group on Guidance for Laboratory Quality Manuals.  Served as an ANSI/US Delegate for the ISO Conformity Assessment Committee.

We have written many articles, tutorials and papers on the subjects of laboratory accreditation, preparing for accreditation or registration, and quality management systems for such organizations as the National Conference of Standards Laboratories (NCSLI), Measurement Science Conference (MSC), ACIL, ASTM,  Cal Lab Magazine, and American Society for Quality (ASQ).
