You will be provided with the resume of the individual assigned to your company, and have the right to refuse any that are presented. We will provide you with a list of references that you may contact to confirm their expertise. If you are not satisfied that the person assigned is not knowledgeable or qualified, we will replace them - no questions asked. YOU MUST BE SATISFIED, or we are not satisfied!!

There is no system that exists that is one size fits all. The counselor will help you make the decision about your needs, and then provide you with as much or as little guidance as you want.
The first step is to schedule a WTP representative to visit your facility, and get to know the company, the business model and its people. This will help determine what steps will be necessary to provide the company with the level of service best suited to its needs. The outcome of this consultation will be a recommended approach to the project. You can then determine which of the steps you are ready to proceed with and which steps you will want the WTP expert to complete.
WTP will not develop a management system for a client that is so complicated that employees won't understand the process. It will be easy to manage and maintain. The employees responsible for the implementation will be well trained, and proficient with the system before the counselor leaves..
The answer is yes. You can do as much or as little as you wish. We will provide guidance, or merely review what you have produced. We provide Internal Auditing that will determine the effective implementation of the system, and is one of the first steps in the certification/registration/accreditation processes.
